In our water infiltration analysis, we deployed handheld infrared cameras and our proprietary Detect-R systems to survey the property. Over the monitoring period, we focused our photographic and thermographic assessments on the roofs and installed five Detect-R thermographic monitoring stations. This allowed us to comprehensively document and analyze the behavior of water movement in the ceiling over time across multiple areas of the building.
